Google has adhered to the Data Privacy Framework, which allows international data transfers to the United States with adequate guarantees.
We do not use third-party analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, etc.) or advertising cookies. We do run our own usage measurement: it works entirely on our own server, sets no cookies and therefore does not require your consent. It records the page visited, the language, the device type, the domain you arrived from and an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address and browser, and it is deleted after 90 days; full details are in our privacy policy. Should we add third-party analytics in the future, we will update this policy, add a specific category to the banner and we will need your consent before activating it.
3. Consent: how it is requested and how it is revoked
On your first visit we show a banner with the essential information and three options with equal visual weight:
- Accept all: activates third-party cookies (Google Maps).
- Reject: keeps only the necessary cookies.
- Configure: opens a panel where you can activate or deactivate each category separately.
Your decision is saved for 12 months in the own cookie crb_cookies_consent.
After that time, or if you delete the browser cookies, we will ask you again.
You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the link Cookie settings in the footer, or at the beginning of this same sentence. No reloading is necessary: changes are applied instantly.
4. How to block cookies from the browser
In addition to the consent on our website, you can configure your browser to block, delete or be warned before accepting cookies. Please note that if you disable technical cookies you will not be able to log in to the customer area or the pool.
5. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy to adapt it to regulatory or technical changes. Any significant change (for example, the incorporation of new categories of cookies) will cause the consent banner to be displayed again.
